ARTESPRIX IRON-ON-INK MARKERS AND STAMP PADS EARN ASTM D-4236 CERTIFICATION

Products certified as safe for those with chronic or acute health issues

SARASOTA, FL (April 15, 2020)—Sarasota-based Artesprix LLC is pleased to announce that two of its products—iron-on-ink sublimation markers and iron-on-ink sublimation stamp pads—have been certified by both the United States and Canada to be in compliance with the American Society for Testing Materials Standard of Practice for Labeling Art Materials for Chronic Health Hazards.

They are non-toxic and non-corrosive, do not irritate the skin or the eyes, and are not a strong sensitizer.

Artesprix markers use iron-on ink, which stays crisp and vibrant for far longer than other inks. The simple, four-step heat transfer process binds the ink to objects at a molecular level, which dramatically inhibits fading when used with compatible substrates.

This certification means that Artesprix’s iron-on-ink markers and stamp pads comply with the Federal Hazardous Substances Act in the United States, and the Canadian Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations 2001. The review of the markers was performed in a manner consistent with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines found in the Code of Federal Regulations.
