ARTESPRIX LLC RETURN POLICY
Your purchase can qualify for return if it is within the 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please wait for a return request approval from Artesprix. Note: An RMA # must be provided by Artesprix prior to shipping your item back for a return or replacement.
Once your request is approved, you will receive the proper return instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund. If you are approved for a full refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Original shipping cost is typically not refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check with your bank. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please complete the form under "Contact Us".
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, this includes Featured Bundles.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in touch with us by completing the form under "Contact Us".
Once you receive return approval and your RMA #, please repackage the item(s), using the original packaging boxes/inserts/padding (when possible) to minimize damage and to ensure the product(s) are returned to use in the same condition as you received it.

You are responsible for return shipping costs if items were received as described by Artesprix. Refunds typically do not include original shipping cost. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If Artesprix provides the return shipping label, and returned items do not meet the full refund requirements, the cost the return label may be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and parcel carrier circumstances.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
