We do not ship outside the United States of America.
All DOMESTIC USA* orders under $75 will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $4.99. All DOMESTIC USA* orders over $75 will ship free of charge.
*Except orders containing a heat press which will incur a surcharge of $14.99
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days; exceptions may apply if your order contains pre-order items or at times we incur high volumes of sales. Artesprix will chose the method of shipment.
You will receive an automated email from the Artesprix Shop when the following steps have occurred:
- We have received your order.
- Your order has been packaged and labeled for UPS or USPS pick-up.
If you did not recieve any automated emails from our Artesprix Shop, please check your junk/spam folder and ensure you are referencing the correct email address.

If you have received a notice that your shipment has been delivered, however, you did not yet receive it, here are some quick recommendations that we have learned solve this issue quickly:
- Check your mailbox, if it fits that is often where the carrier will leave your shipment.
- Check with your neighbor.
- Allow an additional delivery day to take place. Often the carrier will mark the shipment as delivered and then deliver it the following business day.
- Contact your local carrier's office to contact the driver. By contacting your local UPS or USPS office they may be able to contact the specific driver for that route and advise where the package was left.
- Review your initial confirmation order and ensure the address we shipped your order to is correct.
If you have completed the due diligence above, please let us know by completing the form under "Contact Us", please include your order number.
We cannot be held responsible for what happens to your shipment once it leaves our facility and is in the hands of the chosen carrier. However, our priority is to ensure you receive your purchased items. If your shipment has been lost or stolen, the customer must file a claim with the carrier. We will also contact the carrier, however, the customer is the only party who is able to file a claim. Please allow 5-7 business days to allow the claim process to take place via the carrier.
Artesprix LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please also let us know this has happened by completing the form under "Contact Us". Please take photos and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
